Advertised Job Summary
As CRM and Communications Manager, this position works closely with graduate program directors and staff to develop, implement and manage proactive communication plans using the CRM, admissions, and related platforms to recruit students with the goal of increasing applications and enrollment and to effectively reach various audiences as needed by each program. The individual will maintain the overall database for graduate programs and develop reports of campaign activities and effectiveness.Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Systems and 5 years related database administration experience; or equivalencyPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor degree and 5 years of related experience, such as information technology, communications, database management, and related experience in client-customer support roles.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Skills in the following areas are required: database management, verbal and written communication, analytical, interpersonal leadership, managerial, project management and conflict resolution. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Must be able to work independently and aggressively in a fast-passed environment while exercising good judgment and reasoning in the performance of complex, ever-evolving job duties. Must be an effective team member, planning, and presenter. Candidates with experience using some of the following will be given preference: Microsoft Office, Hobsons Connect (or other CRM software), database programs and programming languages.
