General Manager Warehouse Operations
Seeking General Manager for Logistics/Warehousing/Home Delivery and installation service (35+truck operation).
Essential duties include oversight of all operations/functions being carried out in the warehouse, office and with customers and consumers in a very busy and complex logistics environment. In addition, the general manager is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with vendors and customers.
Must be able to multitask, communicate well with others, organize a large operation, hold all employees as well as subcontractors accountable for job performance and maintain compliance in accordance with government regulations and company policy and procedures.
Minimum of 5 years management experience, preferably in logistics.
Must be skilled with computers and a strong preference for a
Bachelor's degree in business/management/logistics.
This is a full time employee position.
Ralph's Transfer operates 4 warehouses in the Florida region, Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach, and Ft Myers. The primary function is to deliver major appliances and perform installation to consumers homes in all 4 markets. Ralph's is growing and has opportunities in all locations.
