Project Manager/Project Engineer (2 openings - 1 Dallas / 1 FTW)
Manages Construction Materials Testing projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

_60_% Project Management
- Project coordination and project management of construction materials testing (CMT) work
- Responsible for managing small to large CMT projects through their lifecycle
_30_% Report Preparation and Review
- Prepare various CMT testing reports for clients
- Analyze and review testing reports for commercial, industrial, retail, government, office, and
_10_% Job Site Visits
- Field inspections, such as foundation inspections, shallow foundations, slab-on-grade, post tension, earthwork, and reinforcing and structural steel inspection
- Client consultation
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Candidate must have 2-5 years project management experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead project teams. Clean driving record.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate with employee staff, clients, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Professional Engineer License - State of Texas
