Job Summary/Description

Assistant Professor of Communication to teach undergraduate and graduate courses. Candidates should be dedicated to excellence in teaching, with a strong commitment to high professional standards.

Typical Duties/Job Duties

The successful applicant will possess strong communication and organizational skills and a desire to develop innovative learning experiences in one or more of the following specializations: Media and Cultural Studies, Applied Communication and Public Relations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Candidates with an interest in teaching graduate level courses in Communication will be given strong consideration. Candidates should be dedicated to excellence in teaching.

Minimum Qualifications

Ph.D in Communication or closely related field is required at the time of appointment. Strong A.B.D. candidates will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Ph. D in Communication. Teaching experience at the graduate level.
