Duties: The administrative assistant for the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Exchange will provide support and manage the calendar for the Managing Director. This position will also manage the center's lobby area, greet and direct all visitors; maintain office equipment/supplies; schedule meetings; maintain filing system; answer incoming calls and perform other general administrative duties as assigned. This position is located in Washington, D.C.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED is required, Bachelor's degree preferred and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, prefer experience with managing an executive calendar and must have strong administrative experience. Must be able to work in Washington, DC.
