Job Summary The Director of Alumni Operations will be responsible for overseeing the budgetary needs of the association and overseeing all contracts and budget line items, in addition to approving expenditures for the department in coordination with the UGA Foundation. This position ensures that the day to day budgeting processes are followed, and that the alumni relations initiatives are budgeted for and fiscally managed. This position will also manage the scholarship and sponsorship process within the department, and will oversee the measurement of departmental goals and metrics. Additionally, this position will be responsible for serving as a liaison to the UGA Foundation and Office of Development and Annual Giving to ensure collaboration in goal achievement. This position will report to the Executive Director of Alumni Relations and will supervise the business manager and one administrative associate. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 6 years of related experience in higher education, including some time spent in a supervisory role.
