Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree preferred.



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Minimum of three years' experience in administrative duties.
Experience working with UW systems and processes preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with culturally diverse groups; customer service orientation.



Position Summary:

The Department Administrator for the Department of Counseling Psychology serves as the primary administrator for office management, financial administration, and human resources. This position interacts with a wide variety of students, staff, faculty, and guests to the department, School of Education, and University of Wisconsin-Madison to provide information and resources about the department.
