Nature of Work

The Program Admission and Compliance Specialist will provide support to the College of Education administration regarding student program admission and progression in the College of Education. Duties include utilizing Banner Administrative Web Forms for processing and maintaining accurate student records to ensure compliance with state and national accreditation standards. Other responsibilities include managing multiple budgets and overseeing complex course scheduling.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in an educational setting required. Experience in database management, office management, computer processing required. 
Skills/Abilities – Must possess positive interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal skills and a high level of technology skills. The ability to communicate effectively with faculty, students and staff. Must be extremely detailed oriented, self-motivated and resourceful and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Banner and PeopleSoft preferred and the general knowledge of institutional policies and procedures preferred.

Salary

$35,796 minimum - $46,740 midpoint

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Typical office related duties/conditions with long periods of sitting at times.
