Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and visionary leader to join our team as our Program Administrator (QIDP). The Program Administrator is responsible for the overall administration and the day-to-day operation of the residential and day support programs. The Program Administrator must be a dedicated, self-starter who is able to hit the ground running without supervision!

The Program Administrator must have knowledge of fiscal management, Medicaid billing, confidentiality and security of records; DBHDS Licensing requirements and Medicaid Waiver regulations; program development and evaluation techniques; personnel management and evaluation skills, supervisory skills; public relations, and oral and written communication skills; practical experience in behavior management and individual programming for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

DUTIES include:

-Provide supervision of all employees and contractors
-Conducting assessments and individual service plans
-Ensures proper admissions and discharge of program participants
-Direct and monitor program development, implementation, and operations
-Bill for services through Medicaid or other organizations
-Direct internal and external program evaluations
-Ensure adherence to Medicaid and Department of Labor regulations and standards
-Develop staff work schedules and ensure appropriate staffing
-Develop activity schedules and ensure they are being implemented
-Ensure licensure standards are met and maintained
-Ensure that current, accurate, and appropriate individual records and other relevant documentation involving individual and / or programming are maintained
-Provide training in programming and behavioral assistance for individuals including behavioral assessment and functional analysis
-Complete individual quarterly, semi-annual, and annual Individual Support Plan reviews
-Ensure that orientation and training is provided for all employees
-Renew and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications for program operations
-Develop presentations and performs public relations duties for the agency

Requirements:
-BA / BS degree in Human Services related field and 3-5 years managerial experience working with Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities in residential or day support programs.
-Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP).
-Valid operator driving license
-Successful completion of DSP Supervisor Training
-Medication Administration Certification (32-Hour)
-Good Criminal Background Check, Child Protective Services Background Check
-Behavior Management Training (TOVA, CPI, or MANDT)
-CPR / First Aid Certification
-Tuberculosis Free
