Duties: Reporting to the Associate Director of Student Life, the Office of Student Life (OSL) Coordinator supports the office with day-to-day programming and works closely with the Deputy Vice Dean, Director, and members of the Office of Student Life team to support the office's goals of creating community and inclusion. The MBA Office of Student Life is a student-centric team dedicated to creating a cohesive and connected community at Wharton.
The OSL Coordinator will create and maintain end-to-end processes that enable the office to offer high quality programming, rooted in data and feedback. This includes developing and implementing enhanced data-driven feedback online event management tools and generating data reports from student surveys, focus groups, and 1:1 meetings. This person will also educate fellow staff on these processes through presentations and development material. The OSL Coordinator will collaborate with OSL Associate Directors to analyze feedback data and implement change as needed to ensure delivery of quality events that evolve across the
student life-cycle. The OSL Coordinator will implement and manage OSL online presence via Spike, Crown Compass and EMMA, and other media as needed, tracking click through rates and other metrics to ensure communication is being received and make adjustments to media used to improve engagement with the OSL.
The OSL Coordinator will assist in the planning and implementation of student life events such as Welcome Committee interviews, SLF interviews, Cluster Suppers, Wharton Welcome Weekends, Student Life Fellow Retreat, Pre-term, and student head shots. The OSL Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for the Welcome Weekend app and admitted student communications supporting student group onboarding initiatives. This includes fielding calls and requests from external offices. Additionally, the OSL Coordinator will help manage the execution of special events including marketing and serving as the liaison for event logistics with Wharton Operations and external vendors. Lastly, the OSL Coordinator will organize the OSL weekly staff meeting by gathering topics/creating the agenda, reserving meeting space, taking notes, and contributing to the meeting discussion.
This position may occasionally have non-traditional hours, and some nights and weekends will be required. This position will split time between Huntsman Hall and 2401 Walnut St.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A minimum of three to five years of prior work experience in the Higher Ed / MBA environment preferred.
A good understanding of the MBA environment in an academic setting.
Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
