Position Details
**Open only to internal candidates at University of North Texas Health Science Center**

The Facilities Management Department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Senior Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing financial reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

Representative Tasks:
* Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
* Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
* Review and analyze budget reports, prepare and develop budget modifications and recommendations.
* Attend meetings to record minutes.
* Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
* Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
* File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
* Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
* Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
* Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, board, and other meetings.
* Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping.
* Performs other duties as assigned. Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the Department.

Department Specific Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
* File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
* Manages all time sheets and HR documents for the entire department.
* Make travel arrangements for the entire department.

Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications:

* Efficient in a variety of computer programs or has the ability to learn quickly.
