Ensure compliance requirements are being met with regards to all aspects of donor proposals and gift agreement development. Develop and deliver training to colleagues across the University on best practices regarding Financial Aid and Development. Identify areas where policy efforts need to be enhanced and addressed, and provide recommendations and practices to support compliance improvement. Manage scholarship awards process. Partner with University Development and Alumni Relations staff to review problem funds and recommend solutions. Develop tactics and strategies for pre-approved scholarship funding opportunities based on current needs and common donor interests.Required Education:
Bachelor's degree

Required Experience:
4 years' professional level experience with Enrollment Management or Development or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact with large, diverse staff.
