Corporate Recruiting Manager
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible to develop a dynamic recruiting plan. They must have the ability to understand and proactively market our open positions and particular company.
The applicant must be able to understand company branding and how that intersects with recruiting. We are looking for a champion of the company, and someone who is able to convey this to applicants.
They would need to be able to analyze the positions, job descriptions, choice sourcing strategies and ads.
RequirementsThey would coordinate all responsibilities around reviewing resumes, screening, interviewing and hiring, with the goal of developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. They would be responsible for tracking systems.
Could involve help with training, job description development, job fairs, and proactive marketing. We are looking for achievement in the development of local, traditional sourcing strategies, as well as developing new creative recruiting ideas with feedback.
