Patient Outreach Representative & Medical Assistant
Allied Community Outreach Solutions develops internal systems for Community Health Centers to connect with New and Established Patients. We build patient need profiles to make sure each Patient utilizes all the services available to them. Once we identify all the services the patient can utilize we help with the process of setting up appointments for them.
Staff must have a working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records programs such as eClinical Works and Athena as well as Microsoft Excel.
We are searching for Bilingual English Spanish applicants due to the large number of Latino patients at our health centers.
Medical Assitant or Medical Receptionist Certificate Required
• In-Reach staff will connect via telephone with users to encourage them to make appointments, follow up on appointments, and guarantee that they will come to their appointment.
• Necessary Documents and Applications for enrollment will be prepared in the preferred language of enrollees. Enrollment support and assistance will be offered to all Health Center clients and we will assist the applicant all the way through the eligibility process.
Allied Community Outreach creates personalized and interactive outreach and in-reach campaigns to introduce current patients of Health Centers and surrounding community members to services offered at different Health Centers Statewide.
