Student Organization Advisor I

The Assistant Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life provides supervision of fraternities and sororities at the University of Kentucky. This position also provides advising to the Interfraternity Council, develops leadership training for fraternity and sorority members, and recruitment programing. Areas of responsibility include organizational and programmatic support, event and risk management, training and development, and evaluation and assessment. This individual will also assist the Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life in recruitment programming, leadership training, and supervise staff and paid student leaders. This position has evening and weekend responsibilities.
