Human Resources Manager - Restaurants
Our client is a rapidly growing quick-service restaurant chain based in Denver, Colorado. They have asked us to assist them in their search for a Human Resources Manager to report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
This position will be responsible for leading all HR functions for the company. He or she will manage the operation of staffing/employment practices, training and team member relations programs and processes. He or she will also be responsible for successfully maintaining the infrastructure within the human resources department, while instilling the vision of the organization and ensuring continued growth, profitability, and overall success.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years management level HR experience within a multi-unit restaurant company. SPHR certification is required.
