CLINICAL ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF NUTRITION, College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Sargent Co
Applications are invited for the position of Clinical Assistant Professor of Nutrition in the Department of Health Sciences at Boston University. Responsibilities will include teaching within the ACEND-accredited undergraduate and graduate degree programs in Nutrition, engagement in scholarly activity, academic advising and service to the College. Courses in nutritional science, nutrition research, and/or public health nutrition are among those expected to be taught. This is a full-time 9-month non-tenure track position at the Clinical Assistant Professor level. The position will begin as of September 1, 2017.
Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in nutrition or a closely related field. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential and Massachusetts licensure eligibility are strongly preferred, though not required. Experience and proven success with university-level teaching which includes a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and excellence in scholarship in the field of nutrition is required.
