Data Management Analyst IIIJob Description: - PLANNING, RESEARCH, & ASSESSMENT. Support the Director of Assessment by working collaboratively within the Office of Assessment to facilitate and support DSA’s strategic planning and assessment. Determine current and projected information needs for the DSA and help develop strategies to meet these needs. Served as lead analyst on assigned projects. Assist DSA departments in planning, designing, implementing, and analyzing research, and evaluation and assessment activities. Research and develop strategies to capture and manage emerging data requirements of the DSA. - COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM REVIEW. Support coordination of the DSA’s comprehensive program review process and assist with the DSA’s portion of UF’s accreditation process. - COMMUNICATION & TRAINING. Disseminate research and assessment based information on students and programs, both within the DSA and external to the DSA. Conduct educational training opportunities for DSA staff on assessment tools, resources, best practices, and topics. - COMMITTEES. Serve on UF and DSA committees, teams, and task forces. - SPECIAL PROJECTS. Facilitate special projects for providing student affairs information about campus collaborations and for determining student affairs contributions to student success. - OTHER. Perform other duties (as assigned). Advertised Salary:
48,897.63 - 60,000.00Minimum Requirements:
Masters degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelors degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications:
