Open Rank Professor of Clinical Research & Leadership (Academic Director, Integrative Medicine)
The Department of Clinical Research and Leadership at the George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences invites applications for a full-time (12 month), non-tenure track faculty position to be filled at the rank of assistant/associate/full professor to serve as the academic director of the Integrative Medicine Program. Our program is located in the heart of Washington, DC and provides a dynamic academic environment that fosters collaborative educational and research initiatives and interprofessional approaches to training health care professionals.
Responsibilities include developing and teaching online and blended graduate courses in integrative medicine and health sciences; providing academic oversight of the integrative medicine program; engaging in scholarly activities; assessing student learning outcomes and academic programs; advising and mentoring students; and providing service at the university, community and professional level. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. A competitive benefits package is provided.
Basic Requirements: Terminal Degree (such as PhD, EdD, DSci, MD) in integrative medicine or related field at time of appointment and evidence of active scholarship in your area of expertise.
