Duties: This position will provide administrative support to 5 faculty members in the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy. The duties include coordinating duties such as scheduling for the individual faculty members, organizing meetings, answering phones, processing travel and reimbursements for faculty members, and other activities to administratively support the PIs. This position will help organize meetings and those duties will include ordering food, securing and setting up meeting spaces, obtaining and preparing materials for meetings, tracking attendance, communicating with attendees, facilitating attendees' travel arrangements and processing their travel reimbursements, and taking meeting minutes. This position will assist with manuscript submissions and maintain the faculty members' CVs and other support materials. This position will also assist with coordinating administrative activities of the Health Policy data analytics group.

Position is contingent on continued funding.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 5 to 7 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the healthcare field, are required, preferably as an executive assistant. Excellent organizational, verbal and written skills required. Previous event planning experience is preferred, but not required.
