Advertised Job Summary
Coordinates the administrative and financial management operations for the
Arnold School of Public Health. Coordinate with the Dean and Associate Dean
for Operations with budget planning and responsible for budget projections.
Master's degree and 6 years or bachelor's degree and 8 years relevant experience in business, public administration or administrative servicesPreferred Qualifications
Prefer experience in the use of USC budgeting tools (Data Warehouse, PeopleSoft, WORKS, GL Intranet, BD system.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Thorough knowledge with USC Policies and Procedures. Ability to coordinate administrative functions, maintain efficient, business and accounting practices,multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a high-paced environment. Must be analytical, possess excellent communication skills, ability to exercise good judgement, willingness to establish and maintain effective relationships with the ability to relate to a diverse audience.
