Participate in development of water damage scopes of work, including:
Determining water category and class, Moisture Mapping, Equipment specification and sizing, Use of IR cameras and moisture instruments. Lead and direct others in compliance with insurance company program and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) requirements. Attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property. Daily project paperwork including maintaining and training others in use ServiceMaster Standard Operating Procedures

Clean Maryland Driver's License, Must Have Reliable Transportation To and From Work, Must be Able To Successful Pass a Criminal Background Check, Must Be Able To Pass A Drug Free and Other Test If Requested, Must Have a Professional Appearance and Attitude, Ability To Communicate Verbally with Others, When needed Able to Communicate in Writing, 21 years or Older in Age, Strong Work Ethic, Commitment To Customer Service, Possess sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic, Frequent lifting in excess of 50 lbs. Access and mobility in tight spaces
Valid EPA Lead Certified Renovator license, Ability to identify potential site hazards (asbestos, lead paint, mold, etc.) IICRC certification in water damage restoration, Working knowledge of restoration industry best practices, including: IICRC S-500 & S520
ON CALL REQUIREMENTS
Must be available to be On call one night a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday one of these nights you would be on call with other people) and one weekend every five weekends (Saturday and Sundays)
