Position Title Customer Service Rep II

Division Academic Affairs
Reporting to the Associate Registrar for evaluation, this customer services representative provides clerical support to the Assistant Registrars for Evaluation by assisting with:
- Graduation application management
- Ordering ad hoc diplomas
- Proofing commencement lists
Additional duties include:
- Assisting with grade entry and grade change forms
- Assisting with the teacher certification processing as needed
- Assisting with transcript production, name and/or address changes
- Customer service assistance by phone, email or at the front center
Qualifications & Requirements
1 - 3 years of experience in a university registrar's office. Familiarity with a Registrar's office functions. Knowledge of FERPA. Good customer service skills (writing and oral). Ability to work independently. Excellent time management skills.
P14: $37,767.74-$52,973.04 *NOTE: Salaries for internal candidates are determined by the New Jersey Civil Service Commission's formula. Salaries for external candidates are determined up to $42,836.18.
