The Colorado School of Public Health (ColoradoSPH) is a multi-university collaboration among the University of Colorado Anschutz (CU Anschutz), Colorado State University (CSU) and University of Northern Colorado (UNC). The mission of ColoradoSPH is to inspire academicians, practitioners and students of public health to work collaboratively to assure that all people and communities are healthy and their environments sustainable.
Job responsibilities of the Senior Enrollment Marketing and Communications Professional will include the development, marketing and management of messaging to both internal and external constituents. Functions include marketing; advertising; communications; publications; brand management; writing; editing; proofreading; graphic design; web information architecture, development and design; web content development; electronic communications; social media; news media/relations; public relations; photography; videography; radio/television broadcasting; FCC compliance; and communication projects management.
Senior Professionals are responsible for exercising discretion, analytical skill, personal accountability and responsibility in a wide range of areas including academic, administrative, managerial and student services functions. Work involves creating, integrating, applying and sharing knowledge directly related to a professional field. Work is performed fully independently.
The position of Senior Enrollment Marketing and Communications Professional is part of the Office of Student Affairs team working under the Associate Dean for Student Affairs and collaborating with the Director of Communications and External Relations. Areas of responsibility will include the maintenance and updating of a comprehensive and targeted marketing plan to support the enrollment and admissions process from leads generated through student matriculation for all programs in ColoradoSPH. The focus will be on the recruitment of new students using a full range of traditional and new media, including but not limited to electronic and print advertising, event marketing, website content management, integrated SEO and direct marketing (mail, email, video, webinars, social media and virtual chat). The Senior Enrollment Marketing and Communications Professional will be a fully integrated member of the enrollment marketing and admissions team and will work collaboratively with senior leadership and key constituents to meet annual recruiting, admissions, enrollment, and growth targets, as well as to support the communication needs of the Office of Student Affairs in reaching current students. This position will be located at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus, but will support the needs of all programs across the collaborative School.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this full-time position has been established at $47,016 - $52,000 and is commensurate with skills and experience.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, communications, or a directly related field from an accredited institution
Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis and 2 years of professional level experience with marketing/content development, social media, web/digital marketing.
- Master degree
- 3-5 Years' experience in a combination of marketing/content development, social media, web/digital marketing
- Advanced knowledge of social media marketing with particular experience using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, and the ability and knowledge to track and measure success through analytics
- Prospective student marketing experience in a university, higher education and/or graduate program
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion.
