Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Food/Hospitality Management, or related business management field required.
Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in planning and directing a comprehensive dining service program on a college/university or multi-unit casual restaurant required.
• Must possess strong fiscal and management skills, leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in working in a diverse and dynamic environment and strong evidence of a student-oriented, customer-centered focus and philosophy.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• As an exempt position hours will vary to meet the needs of the job.
