Advertised Job Summary: The Receptionist will provide administrative support for the Office of the Chancellor. Administrative support includes, but is not limited to, providing assistance to faculty, staff, students and external constituencies. - Serves as first point of contact greeting all visitors to the Office of the Chancellor. Answers and routes all phone calls for the Office of the Chancellor. - Coordinates travel arrangements for the Chancellor, and processes corresponding travel reimbursement requests. - Serves as office receptionist, responsible for: processing incoming and outgoing mail; maintaining office supplies, and ordering supplies when needed. - Processes and submits expenses for payment. - Drafts and edits correspondence on behalf of the Office of the Chancellor.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma and 4 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or equivalency. A successful background check is required.
