Employment Manager (Manager III)

The Employment Manager at KSU is responsible for management of the recruitment and selection process, utilizing an applicant tracking system. Position is responsible for working with KSU management to recruit and retain staff.

Position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good communication and positive relationships with campus constituents to promote employee satisfaction. Guides department managers and employees throughout the performance management and goal setting process. Identifies and analyzes issues with employee relations infractions. Provides recommendations for resolutions.

Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience (may require some specialized skill sets/training)
