Duties: This research staff member will join our interdisciplinary team to work on several studies focused on technology-based interventions. Primary responsibilities will include supporting projects by providing expertise in graphic design, innovating strategies focused on online engagement, and producing content for the team's website and social media channels. The staff member will also coordinate daily operations of the team and support the development of new research initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health related field and at least of 1-3 years work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Strong research background in behavioral and/or biomedical science research preferred. An in-depth knowledge of the research process, including prior experience with study protocol implementation is required. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with community members, study participants, clinical personnel, investigative team, and research staff is essential.

The successful candidate will possess initiative, sound judgment, and a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment. Creative and critical thinking related to product development and prototyping, experience developing and executing usability testing of new products, experience with cross-platform app development. Must be able to work independently but also to collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary research team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines is essential. Strong PC skills in MS office and related databases. Proficiency in Adobe Design products essential. Prior experience in working with diverse populations, including LGBT populations is essential. Experience with design, LGBT health, eHealth, and/or online recruitment is preferred but not required.
