Field Service Technician
We are a rapidly growing company in the financial equipment arena, with customer locations throughout New England. Our headquarters is out of Hopkinton, MA but this position is on-the-road centered in Southeastern MA.
-The primary functions of this position are the troubleshooting and repair of cash handling equipment, and their associated software. Customer service skills are a must.
-Industry experience is a plus but is not required. We are looking for eager and dedicated individuals with a strong background in computer systems (no specific certifications required) and who also have strong mechanical skills. Industry experience would include any high-speed paper handling machines such as ATMs, currency sorters, mail sorters, check sorters, or copy machines.
-The ability to quickly learn new concepts is a must, all training will be provided.
-This a Field Service position, a clean driving record and valid driving license is required. Candidates should be comfortable driving long distances throughout New England. A company vehicle is required; however, the candidate should have their own vehicle in good working condition for commuting to the office or nearby customer locations in certain situations.
-This position is full time, paying 40 hours per week. Overtime opportunities are available for on call evening and weekend service.
-Compensation includes health insurance package, profit sharing, and 401k.
-Must be able to lift 75 lbs without assistance.
-Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, as well as be able to frequently kneel, bend, squat, sit and twist.
