Summary of Duties:
The ATLAS Program Advisor is primarily responsible for providing holistic guidance to assigned program participants through consistent and proactive evaluation of participant academic progress, intervention with appropriate support, and referral to appropriate resources. The Advisor develops, implements, and supports the daily delivery of services to participants and is responsible for the maintenance of assigned participant records. Additionally, the Advisor will ensure participants meet requirements of active involvement in the program so that the goals and objectives of the grant are met.
The Advisor will participate in program recruitment efforts; assist in the development of program materials; collaborate with campus partners to coordinate and facilitate retention programming and events; and participate in other program efforts as assigned by the Director.

Required Qualifications:
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a yearforyear basis.
