Job description

Duties: This position will provide general administrative support for the Epidemiology Division's educational and faculty recruitment efforts: Assist with management of the MSCE degree program, including facilitation of admissions process, course planning and registration, student/alumni tracking and special events; Schedule operational meetings, including weekly Educational Programs as well as routine Admissions, Curriculum, Comprehensive Exam and Certificate Program committee meetings, prepare agendas and take notes as needed; Assist with management of CCEB Certificate Program: organize course registration, distribute and track invoices, coordinate requests to receive certificates; Support epidemiology faculty recruitment efforts: process, distribute and track applications, schedule meetings, serve as an 'Ambassador' for faculty recruits visiting campus.

Qualifications: The minimum of a High School diploma and 3 to 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience are required. College degree or coursework is a plus.
