Administrative Assistant - Sturm College of Law

Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Graduate Legal Studies, the Administrative Assistant will support Denver Law's Graduate Legal Studies office. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and welcoming when greeting visitors, faculty, staff and students. This person will respond to email inquiries and assist with projects related to the department's admissions and student support activities in addition to performing other duties as assigned by the Assistant Dean to support department functions.
This is a temporary, non-benefited position not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communications skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- High School diploma.
- 1 year of work experience in a customer service setting.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years of work experience in an office setting.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (about 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week).
