DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL OPERATIONS
Duties: Plan and execute all facets of organization and processes related to the football program operations. Specifically, manage the yearly calendar, coordinate team travel, organize football-related events, manage pre-season camp logistics, budget development and management, and communications.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree is required. Minimum 2 years to 3 years of relevant experience in a football program, intercollegiate athletic environment or University community, or a combination of related experience in an organization of similar scope and complexity. Exceptional organizational skills as well as a demonstrated commitment to inclusion, community, diversity and gender equity. Exemplary record of interpersonal and communication skills.
