Oversee, manage and perform administrative/business operations for the Instrumentation and Technical Services (ITS) department. Oversee and implement financial systems including provide analysis, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, forecasting and reporting functions. Provide human resource management and administering related organizational processes. Monitor and manage the Best Practice Equipment Management implementation.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelors degree with course work in both financial management and information systems and two to four years' related experience required. Effective
customer service, communication, supervisory and computer skills required. Background check is required.
Desirable Qualifications
QuickBooks, PeopleSoft, MS Office skills desirable.
