The Behavior Analysis Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Academic Professional I to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:* Responsible for providing staff training and supervision for the Behavior Analysis Online teaching assistants.* Provide course-content and technical assistance for students in online courses.* Develop, revise, and implement instructional content.* Document and organize the course content. * Perform administrative and organizational tasks that ensure each semester runs smoothly for students, faculty, and staff. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in related field and two years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required:* Working knowledge of learning and instructional design theories.* Working knowledge of college level courseware and ability to apply that understanding to course development.* Ability to design, develop, and implement instructional multimedia products.* Demonstrated skill in application of current technologies (desktop applications, internet, multimedia).* Ability to apply proficient writing skills to author courseware.* Knowledge of Fair Use and copyright issues that apply to online course delivery.
