University of North Texas - Payroll Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator II- Payroll Coordinator provides administrative support for the Dining/Retail/Catering Services staff and management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Dining/Retail/Catering payroll and employment following all Human Resources policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Managing Web Clock Timekeeping and personnel for all Dining/Retail/Catering hourly and salaried employees including disbursement of checks. * Complete reclassification, hiring, terminating, and assisting with on-boarding. * Complete online employment documents, submission of epars, and posting all full time positions to Career Center and UNT web sites. * Managing applicable employee time reporting forms and payroll documents to guarantee accuracy. * Managing FMLA, Workers Compensation, and LWOP documentation according to applicable UNT guidelines. * Coordinate travel arrangements for management in adherence to PPS/BSC guidelines. * Maintain leave and accrual records (UPO-15) and termination files for all Dining full time employees. * Provide administrative support to Dining Services business office as needed and all other special projects administered by the Department Coordinator and Director(s) of Dining/Retail/Catering Services. The successful candidate will possess an Associate's Degree and four years of office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
