Development Project Manager
Position entails responsibility for managing the planning and pre-construction phases of affordable and mixed income housing facilities, including:
- Coordinating the process by which local approvals including zoning, site plan, SEQRA and tax abatements are secured; which would encompass representation at public meetings/hearings and oversight of consultants.
- Review/monitor construction process as to schedule, budget, and loan and equity compliance.
- Support in preparation of funding applications (LIHC/FHLB/HTFC)
- Preparation of Due Diligence documentation for investors/lenders. Coordinate equity and loan closings.
This is an immediate opening for an experienced "owner's representative" who can hit the ground running.
