Job Description

Rizing has opportunities for experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultants for its Montreal based /N SPRO HCM team. This SAP HCM Payroll Consultant will provide expertise with Payroll implementation and optimization projects. This Consultant must be fluent in French and English languages and have previous experience leading Payroll implementation projects. The ideal candidate will also have experience implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrating SuccessFactors to SAP HCM. Applicants may reside anywhere within the US or Canada, but should have ability to travel as necessary to fulfill project requirements (typically 30%).

At /N SPRO, our primary focus is on the implementation of on-premise SAP Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors solutions. A Senior Consultant works closely with customers and plays a lead role in the design, delivery and support of SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the liaison between the client and /N SPRO for investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems.
  • Gather and analyze Human Resources business requirements and objectives,
  • Design and configure solution based on HR industry best practices
  • Prepare training materials and teach customers how to use software
  • Manage delivery of projects
  • Lead small project teams
  • Mentor junior consultants

    Desired Skills and Experience
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree, preferably in Information Technology, Human Resources, or Business
  • Three or more years of experience in a technology consulting environment
  • Must have previous experience leading SAP Payroll implementation projects.
  • Fluency in French and English languages
  • Previous experience implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrating SuccessFactors to SAP HCM strongly preferred.
  • Previous payroll data conversion experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in human resources industry best practices and knowledge of US Payroll.
  • SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Employee Central or SuccessFactors Professional certification preferred.
  • Interest in technology coupled with business acumen to compliment systems consulting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
