High school graduate or equivalent. Good interpersonal skills.
Preferred: Experience with food service, dishwashing, and laundry. Experience working with young children.

Work is typically performed in the kitchen and laundry areas. While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to walk, stand, bend, push, pull, move freely; talk and hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to operate various kitchen tools, small appliances, and large kitchen and laundry equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to use written and oral communication skills; learn and apply new information or skills; serve on committees as assigned; interact with Manager, Supervisor, children, kitchen and Center staff, parents, family members and others encountered in the course of work.
