Residential Construction Project Supervisor
Residential Project Supervisor needed to support our explosive growth
No two days are the same when you are juggling the needs of several clients. You interact with clients, keeping them happy by answering their questions and requests while staying on top of scheduling the client's project and inspecting work completed, making sure things are getting completed on projects. You stay on top of a million details, following through on your work while juggling the requests of our clients, but you wouldn't have it any other way.
Our privately owned company is the premier disaster restoration company in the Sandhills of North Carolina. We have been helping people just like you for over 35 years in the Sandhills area. Our main goal is to get our clients back in their homes, or get their office or storefront up and running in the least possible amount of time.
Our company is experiencing rapid growth and it's critical that we are responsive to our client's needs, while also keeping the client informed, scheduled and continuously updated. We believe that our business will grow 10% - 20% per year, but only if you keep our clients happy. That's how you can help us.
We are seeking forward, client oriented Project Supervisors that will use their abilities to produce quality results quickly and independently with minimal supervision.
Project Supervisors Requirements:
- Ability to handle multiple residential projects
- Client Service is a must.
- Must be able to communicate and have the urgency to complete projects.
- Must have written/verbal communication and computer skills.
- Previous commercial construction or insurance restoration experience helpful but not required.
- All candidates must pass a criminal back ground check and have a valid driver's license that has a good driving record.
All of this comes with a collaborative workplace, in a friendly and hard working environment. Our office is centrally located in the Sandhills of North Carolina. We occasionally have company outings and our staff occasionally cooks a pig for all to enjoy. Most importantly, we do great work and we have a good time doing it.
In addition to a competitive salary and incentives, we offer paid time off, holiday pay, and medical benefits. This is a chance to join a smaller company where individuals are respected and rewarded, and where you determine your success.
Please apply for this position by sending a resume to include salary requirements and past pay, references and tell us something that you are most proud of.
