Advertised Job Summary: Reporting directly to the Administrative Manager of the Chair of the Department of Biomedical Sciences, the Administrative Coordinator will serve as the primary support for the Biomedical Sciences department, including specified functions for faculty and students. This individual will process travel for students and faculty as well as all student research expenditures and solve challenges related to the BMS budget. Additionally, he/she will serve as the primary support for Digital Measures and the Distinction Tracks. This individual will organize the yearly proctor schedule, proctor exams and communicate exam information to all responsible parties. He/She will also organize and facilitate departmental projects and perform other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience in business management, administrative services or related field; or equivalency.
