University of North Texas Health Science Center - Senior Administrative Coordinator
The Department of Academic Health Centers at the UNT Health Science Center is seeking to hire a Senior Administrative Coordinator for the Internal Medicine Clerkship to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * Manages UGME education programs of the department. * Collect and submit student grades per semester. * Prepare and maintain online platform and keep all course documents up-to-date for student and faculty. * Student communication. * Provide all needed literature for students as it pertains to the clerkship. * Assist with matching students with their requested preceptor by sending request letters and contacting faculty/preceptors office. * Keep track of student and physician evaluations through the provided online platform. * Attend all meetings and communicate all changes. * Update and provide list of faculty/preceptors for students to set up rotations with. * Assist Internal Medicine Clerkship Director with the final approval. * Request and keep track of student evaluations. * Create student schedules for each clerkship rotation period.* Coordinate completion of Affiliation agreements for students on elective rotations. * Work with Clinical Education team to define best practices of clerkships.
