Secondary Assistant Baseball

Description:
The Assistant Coach will assist in the organization and facilitation of practice and games. In addition the assistant coach is to assist in the on-campus recruitment of qualified student-athletes who fit both the profile of the institution and the needs of the team. Willingness to travel, work nights and weekends is a must. Additional duties include scouting opponents, breaking down game-film to identify areas for improvement. Attendance at practice and games is expected.

Campus Location: Boston Campus

Required Knowledge:
Bachelor’s required. Demonstrated success in prior coaching experience Willingness to travel, work nights and weekends is a must. Additional duties include scouting opponents, breaking down game-film to identify areas for improvement and assisting the head coach with practice and game planning. Attendance at practice and games is expected.

Preferred/Desirable Knowledge:
Experience with Front Rush and film break down software, success with recruiting

Required Prior Work Experience:
Experience coaching and recruiting, understanding of NCAA rules
