Partnership Contracting and Billing Manager

Southern New Hampshire University is currently seeking a Senior Billing Analyst. The Billing Analyst will be responsible for all operational and support activities around billing and contract administration for our Workforce Partnerships at SNHU. The Billing Analyst will work across departments including Finance, Legal, Sales & Student Financial Services to develop process and procedure to accommodate the ongoing needs for our partners.

Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:

  • Facilitates contract, agreement and renewal process with appropriate teams across the University
  • Interfacing with internal stakeholders around billing and contracting process/procedure
  • Deliver superior customer service to our partners around their billing questions and needs
  • Innovates around internal billing systems, processes and communications to improve customer and student experience
  • Develops, maintains and shares reports related to partnership billing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participates in the preparation and distribution of partnership invoices
  • Maintain accurate invoicing records in system
  • Adhere to best practices and laws surrounding customers and data
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
  • 6+ years of experience in customer facing billing/operations role
  • Strong systems thinker with an eye for continuous process improvement
  • Mastery of MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to master internal systems utilized at SNHU
Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred
  • Prior experience/understanding of corporate benefits including tuition reimbursement policies and practices
  • Experience working with SalesForce CRM, Ellucian
Work Hours:


Typically Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with flexibility to meet business demands as needed.
