Weekend Site Coordinator

The Weekend Site Coordinator will provide coverage of the Lisle campus during the weekends.

 

•Open, oversee and close campus;
•Directing students, faculty and visitors to their class room locations, providing general information about the campus;
•Scheduling and processing room requests, utilizing EMS to look up data.
•Assist with set-up and operation of media equipment, assist with basic, non-technical trouble-shooting in the computer room (in back-up capacity);
•Perform data entry as necessary in EMS and Banner;
•Assist with Office of Public Safety responsibilities, emergency situations per NLU policies and guidelines;
•Process requests for Global ID cards;
•Assist with projects and up-dating bulletin boards as necessary;
•General clerical and other duties as assigned.

 

Strong interpersonal/customer service skills, basic to intermediate abilities in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Ability to remain calm in an emergency situation; high school diploma or equivalent.
