Duties: This position will provide support to 5 divisions in Psychiatry under the guidance of the Mgr, Admin & Finance. This position will oversee the following financial responsibilities (includes but not limited to) petty cash, TEM, A/P, purchasing, PCard requests. This position will also be responsible for payroll and personnel management for these Units and work closely with the Grants Managers and PIs to manage effort. This position will also work collaboratively with 2 grants managers and assist with running and compiling monthly grant reports for review by PIs. Will assist with reconciliation of grants accounts where needed and provide any assistance as requested by grants managers. This also includes proposal preparation when needed and will include budget preparation for grant submissions. This position will work closely with faculty and senior staff to oversee/manage the operating funds for all 5 Orgs - this includes endowments, gifts, residuals, etc....

Qualifications: The minimum of an Associate's degree and 2 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Strong financial and account management skills and attention to detail required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
