Due to our continued growth we are seeking senior sales executives in our markets across the U.S. to generate revenue-producing relationships with both existing and new accounts. This is an individual contributor role with opportunities to move up the sales organization very quickly.

Build, Develop and Grow... A portfolio of business clients for an IT services and solutions consulting organization. Working with both new and existing clients via telephone, in-person and correspondence
With the primary goal to develop relationships that and create business opportunities that facilitate engagements for the consulting organization and business development team can to provide through our consulting practice.

Experienced in IT, telecom and engineering projects, statement of work SOW, and full scale consulting services is required. Participating in industry trade associations and community professional groups to increase presence and branding within the corporate community

This position is required to work with the consulting practice consisting of Subject Matter Experts SME, technical and functional consultants to gather assessments, requirements and documentation that will be used to prepare present solutions respond to RFIs and RFPs and/or lead presentations to business clients this includes delivering to the C-Suite and/or Board of Directors.
Solid understanding of IT technology and strategy along with the processes and methodologies that are required in successfully leading an Information Technology department in a fortune 500 company, as well as, the leadership skills and decision making expertise that is part of the leadership role of a CIO.
Close business, prepare contacts working with our back office staff and participating in kick-off an launch sessions with clients that have been obtained through the selling process.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have excellent business development, negotiation, and communication and problem-solving skills. Working in a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm for 7 - 10 years in a business development role focusing on large and medium size organizations.

Generate new accounts and revenue streams while reaching annual sales revenue goals within our key vertical industries including telecommunications, financial services, insurance, health care and energy and utilities. An active book of business and or current contacts of established business relationships with clients in our targeted verticals is a plus.
Ability to compile, analyze and interpret financial information and data to facilitate decision-making.

Prepare and deliver professional polished presentations (oral and/or written).

Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and ability to engage, lead and build relationships with all individuals at various levels and capacity. This role is not just a team player it is a team builder.

Achieve/exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives consistently, by conducting effective sales calls and meetings.
Initiate winning strategies by stating clear and reasonable objectives that promote OTSI in the assigned geographic territory.
Overall, possessing the enthusiasm and ambition to contribute to the profitable growth of a fast moving and dynamic international organization.
Should have experience in delivering IT services in an onsite-offshore model.

Prospecting will include following up on all leads quickly and professionally as well as tracking business development activity in our CRM application

Some interstate and regional travel will be required.
