Job Description

3.5.7.1. Responsibilities
3.5.7.1.1. Administer, troubleshoot, and update SharePoint 2010 Intranet site (80+ department websites; 5,000+ users)
3.5.7.1.2. Evaluate customer requirements and provide effective/advanced SharePoint solutions
3.5.7.1.3. Maintain and support SharePoint server farm environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
3.5.7.1.4. Provide after-hours support as necessary

3.5.7.2. Minimum Requirements
3.5.7.2.1. Experience configuring medium to large SharePoint 2007/2010 farm environments
3.5.7.2.2. Experience managing and migrating an enterprise level website from SharePoint 2007 to 2010
3.5.7.2.3. Experience troubleshooting and fixing server issues including redundancy, database mirroring, high availability, failover, and authentication

3.5.7.3. Preferred Requirements
3.5.7.3.1. Bachelor's degree in IT related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (Junior and Mid-level)
3.5.7.3.2. Master's degree in IT related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (Senior)
3.5.7.3.3. Microsoft SharePoint Certification
3.5.7.3.4. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013

3.5.7.4. Experience Levels
3.5.7.4.1. Mid-level, with 4 to 7 years (Mid-level SharePoint Developer)
3.5.7.4.2. Senior level, with eight or more years (Senior SharePoint Developer)
