Duties: Perform intra/extra-oral patient evaluations, record and update health history, chart existing oral conditions, scaling, root planing, administer local anesthesia, prophylaxis, coronal polishing and fluoride treatments. Educate patients in oral hygiene. Take and develop digital radiographs, maintain hygiene supplies, and inventory, instrument and equipment management as required. Perform at multi-locations as necessary. Flexibility in working hours and days is required.

Qualifications: An Associate's Degree or two year college equivalent and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Possess and maintain all state required licensing for Dental Hygiene and Dental Hygienist Local Anesthesia including other Health Care provider certifications as required.
