A Research Specialist position is available in Uri Hasson's lab in the Princeton Neuroscience Institute at Princeton University. The Hasson lab focuses on communication and social behavior. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day laboratory operations and work with the researchers to design and perform experiments. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual.
This is a one-year position with the possibility of renewal contingent upon funding availability and performance.
- Perform general lab maintenance duties.
- Manage laboratory ordering and purchases.
- Assist researchers with experiments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) in Neuroscience or related field.
- Laboratory experience pre- or post-baccalaureate.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding references.
- Experience with advanced techniques in neuroscience.
- Experience with methods in computational neuroscience.
